Limited Warranty

Italwax LLC offers a warranty on electrical appliances only. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by, but not limited to, abuse, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized attachments. If the electrical appliance is proven to be damaged by the customer in any way, the warranty will be immediately voided. The warranty period begins on the purchase date and expires after six (6) months.

In case of a claim under this warranty, a customer must report in writing to the Customer Service Department customerservice@italwax.com the nature of the problem. This should also include photos of the damage if applicable.

The customer will then receive a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Italwax LLC will first attempt to fix the electrical appliance. If that is not possible, it will be replaced with a new identical electrical appliance. The customer may be required to furnish proof of purchase including the date of purchase.
