Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items or used applicators.
  • Promotional and Clearance Items: All sales for promotional and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@italwax.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Proof of Damage or Defect: For any defective, damaged, or missing items, please provide 7 photos and/or videos as evidence. This is required for your return to be considered and approved.

  3. Ship Item: Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include your proof of purchase. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Italwax will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or damaged.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you’re returning a product because you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Wax Warmers Return and Warranty Policy

Our wax warmers come with a 1-year warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use within one year of the purchase date.
  • Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Return and Replacement Process for Wax Warmers

  • Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@italwax.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase, including photos or videos.
  • Evaluation: If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
  • Replacement: A replacement unit will be provided for items confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Return for Non-Defective Wax Warmers

Unused and unopened wax warmers may be returned within 30 days of delivery, following the general return policy above.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product:

  1. Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@italwax.com to request an exchange authorization.
  2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when exchanging products.
  3. Shipping of New Product: The exchange product will be shipped out as soon as we receive the returned product in its original condition.
  4. Price Difference:
    • If the new product costs more, the customer will pay the difference.
    • If the new product costs less, the difference will be credited to the customer’s Buyitalwax account as a store credit and can be used for the next purchase. The credit is valid for 12 months.

Additional Information

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on products ordered directly from www.buyitalwax.com. Italwax reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened, used, or damaged merchandise not returned in its original condition or beyond the designated return/exchange period.

For products purchased from another retailer or distributor, please contact them directly regarding their return or exchange policy.
