Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@italwax.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Proof of Damage or Defect: For any defective, damaged, or missing items, please provide 7 photos and/or videos as evidence. This is required for your return to be considered and approved.
Ship Item: Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include your proof of purchase. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Our wax warmers come with a 1-year warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
Unused and unopened wax warmers may be returned within 30 days of delivery, following the general return policy above.

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on products ordered directly from www.buyitalwax.com. Italwax reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened, used, or damaged merchandise not returned in its original condition or beyond the designated return/exchange period.
